Refund policy
Here at Adorned Heart Designs, we want you to love all the items you purchase from us. However, we know sometimes things happen and returns are inevitable. Listed below are the policies in place for returning/exchanging items.
All items are made to order therefore we do not offer refunds. However, we can discuss other possible options such as an exchange or replacement if there is an issue with the item as long as you contact us via email (adornedheartdesigns@gmail.com) within 48 hours of the product being delivered to your address. We will gladly remake an item if there is an error on our part.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When mailing back your exchange item, you will need to attach a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and exchange details. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your exchange is approved, we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
