Shipping policy

Each item is made to order. Therefore, the turnaround time for production is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). During Holiday season, please expect a possible slight delay in production as everything is made to order.

 

Shipping timeline is 3-5 business days. *Due to COVID19, shipping times may take longer than usual.*

 

We are not responsible for delivery issues such as postal delays, damages, theft, and misdelivery of   a package as this is completely out of our hands.
