Private Event Booking & Set-Up Fee

Non-refundable booking and set-up fee to secure your private Hat Bar event.

This covers:

• Full setup and breakdown
• Travel within the Tampa Bay Area
• Reserved private hat bar experience
• On-site fitting and customization
• A $50 credit toward the host's hat as a Thank You for booking

Each guest will pay individually for their hat and any custom add-ons during the event. There is a 7-Hat minimum, and if we do not reach 7 hats during the event, the remaining balance is due at the end of the event.
